Default Two Athlon 64 3200+ Systems - low scores

I have two systems both with 1 gig pc2700 ddr, Athon 64 3200+, and 9800 pro video cards. When I run 3dmark 01 and Aquamark, I recieve scores of 13,000 in 3dmark, and 11,000 in Aquamark. These are extremely low. I ran AIDA and it tells me my Agp port is disabled, however in the bios I can find nothing about the agp speed in the bios. The only selection possible is VLink speed, and i dont know if that is the AGP speed. I have reset the mobos, and still no dice. Is there something I am missing?? I tested the vid cards in a system with a 2700+ and 512 ram and i recieved much higher scores. Any help would be nice.
