Default TV Tuner card for digital cable?

does anyone know a good TV tuner card works for digital cable TV?
i have no experience over any TV tuner card. do i need an extra scrumbler box from cable company? or the tuner card has already built in?? pls help..

Leadtek TV Tuner with Remote Control

all you need to do is hook up the digital cable to the TV tuner via S-video or RF.

usually the TV tuner has software that comes with it to watch TV.

chances are your PC doesnt have a TV tuner, it has to be bought seperately.
