Trustworthy website?

I know there's a site been posted on here a few times, which is like an index of trustworthy (and not) websites to buy from; I've found a cheap place to buy my monitor from, however I don't entirely trust the look of it.

Anyone have any idea?
I have searched for the aforementioned website, both here and on Bing/google, with no luck obviously.

Edit: Well you can purchase from them through PayPal, so presumably PayPal thinks they're ok.

They have a verified by Visa, which would have to be registared somewhere.

I did a quick peak, but couldn't find a certified list.

I used my handy dandy WOT (Web of Trust) from Firefox add-ons to evaluate this site, but could not find any ratings. Not that you could always go by WOT anyway.
