Too good to be true?

I was looking for a CPU cooler, and found a retail Coolermaster Aero 7+ Lite and Arctic Silver 5 for $19.98 plus shipping on www.xoxide.com. This is a very good deal from what I've seen shopping around. For example, www.zipzoomfly.com, which is normally very cheap, has the cooler by itself for $19, without the Arctic Silver 5. Can xoxide be trusted?
