Too Dark, Ge-force mx440

hey all,

Think this in the right forum.

A friends PC has a geforce mc440 graphics card and most games appear too dark. Even If he turns the Gamma right up, it is still too dark.

Is there a way I can turn the overall brightness up. I have tried playing with the monitor buttons but no luck.

I had a similar problem on an older monitor. You can try two of the following things:

1) Right click on your desktop, then properties, then advance. See if you can adjust the brightness from there.

2) Download rivatuner, you can enhance the brightness from that little software also.

yeah, u can turn up d brightnesss by doing no.1 above. it werkz 4 me 2.
