Default Are these parts good to go for a Media Centre PC?

Right I am planning on this system I've got the money nearly and I am ordering soon so please don't read and leve.

Please I'd like to know, since it's being ordered soonish also I am on tight buget and don't want people recommending $600+ speaks.

The onboard Abit sound is supose to be GREAT, so I'll go for that, if I don't like it, I'll buy a ZS.

Have you considered a Video Capture Card?

Having the ability to record TV programs to your harddrive for later viewing is awesome. Then you can burn your favorite episodes to DVD.

Also... Have you considered a Remote. Like ATI's remote wonder 2?
