Are these good timings?

I know my RAM should run at 200MHz but my FSB is only 133. I overclocked it to 152. Are my timings OK?

CAS# lat. = 2.0 clocks
RAS to CAS = 2 clocks
RAS precharge = 2 clocks
Tras = 6

I will try to unlock my multiplier soon. Do you think it will be better to set the RAM timings lower wen OC'ing, just to make sure it's the CPU causing instability/freezing?
