Are These a Good Deal??

Is this an ok deal?

P4 2.8GHZ GIGABYTE 8IPE1000 865PE SATA DDR400 : $345

P4 2.8GHz 800FSB ASUS P4S800 DDR400 BAREBONES : $330

P4 2.8GHz 800FSB DDR400 8xAGP LAN BAREBONES : $300


Does anyone see any problems with these computers?
Which one is a better buy, if any?

There's just so much to choose from I have a case of consumeritis, and would like the oppinions of some people in the know.

They look OK, I like the Gigabyte one most, but others will say other MOBO's. You will need to spend more on it (about another $500/700) to get it up and running nicely.
