is there a program where:

1.) i can put in my voice (for example, i'll doa 30second recording of me speaking)
2.) then i type in "hi, i are own j00 at counter-strike" or w/e and it'll do a close impersanation of me saying that

what program can do this//do something similar to this?

you mean dictation?

for the 1st one you can use microsoft sound recorder. If u have a mircrophone.

And if u wanna do Text To Speech you can use Mircrosft Word (but it have to be a recent copy of ms word.)
