Text "lagging"

Ive been having issues while typing basically anywhere, in a game, **** even here...

i only have AIM running and this page, my pc isnt that much of a piece of **** to lag while on a site anyways when i type every10 secs maybe it starts to lag while im typing as if my FPS is low, which it is not? any suggestions

Graphics drivers corrupted maybe? Or it could be a virus.
