temperature program

is there any program that coud let me moniter my computers temperatures?

It's funny. We are talking CPU temperature today. I had a customer with a computer (till running) who's CPU (Athlon 2000) was at 91c .

I thought they only lasted as far a 80 before the magic smoke comes out.

Now I am packing a Athlon 1700 with a Volcano 11

Not according to this program, it says that my CPU Temp is LOWER than my CASE temp .

I also have 4 case fans around my box so I can let air in on the front, and hot air out of the back. The case fan are attached to a switch so i can turn them on and off.

I have watching this for a while.

If I have the Volcano 11 on silent mode, with no case fans on, I get :-
CASE 40 CPU 36

If I have the Volcano 11 on silent mode, with case fans on, I get :-
CASE 35 CPU 32

If I have the Volcano 11 on MAX, with case fans on, I get :-
CASE 38 CPU 26

Now I am trying to work out why the increase in the case temp?

Suggestions please.
