I'll do 2, one for Intel, one for AMD, just for the full effect.

Intel:
----------------
Motherboard: ASUS P5ND2-SLI Deluxe Socket T (LGA 775) Nvidia nForce 4 SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

Video Cards: 2 Nvidia 6800 Ultra's 256MB PCI-E 16x (Overclock Em)

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.6Ghz 560J Prescott 800MHz FSB 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor (We would OC it to around 4.1 hehe)

RAM: 2x 1GB G. Skill PC3200, if anyone could find it.

HD: 2x 74GB Western Digital 10k RPM in RAID 0

I'm not gonna post the case and such, just the basics.

AMD:
----------
Motherboard: DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

Video Cards: 2 Nvidia 6800 Ultra's 256MB PCI-E 16x (Overclock)

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 FX55 2.6Ghz San Diego 1GHz FSB 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor (Overclock to about 3 or 2.9Ghz)

RAM: 2x 1GB G. Skill PC3200, if available

HD: 2x 74GB Western Digital 10k RPM RAID 0

I'll stick specifically to cooling.

Triple Cascade CPU cooling system

Iwaki RD30 Pump with modded 5/8" fittings
Custom modded 5/8" ID Silver TDX block to fit 6800 GPU
Weapon Monstercore

Maybe add in a Peltier later but I think that's good enough

4 gigs of RAM will actually slow his machine down. if he takes 2 gigs out, he'll see a performance increase.
