6800 at 300$? at bestbuy? u shur its not the plain 6800? as for hte rest. They both will work really well. i personally stick with amd, i would go for the 3500 939 90 nm(just came out) or wait a bit for the k8t890 if u wish. it will cost much more tho.

no its the gt....employee discount ; ) but ya im gonna get that and then the 3500+ and either asus or gigabyte mobo.

Yea definately the AMD. Oh and get a Plextor DVDR/W instead they have the best specs ive been told.

one thing you need to doe is look around a little more. I know off the top of my had you can get windows for around 130-135, heres one site:
