Try the Compro "VideoMate TV Gold Plus" or the PC Chips TV Tuner card.

I just ordered the MSI TV TUNER @nywhere. Its an exceptional buy for only $53 considering it has a remote, s video cables, audio cables, and FM radio antenna. It can convert both PAL and NTSC signals and it takes cable TV (coaxial), S-video in, as well as composite in. Extremely well featured and well priced.

I am a fan of both the ATI ALL IN WONDER cards and Hauppauge tuner cards. I like ATI for the compact design, all in one sort of thing, plus it's actually a really good card. hauppauge makes a specialized Tuner card and is very feature rich. Both are a plus, hauppauge only falling short in the graphics card side of things...

i might go with a
Leadtek® PCI TV Tuner + FM + Remote Control, support video capturing - Certified by Microsoft XP WHQL Test

or a

ASUS TV FM Card (Advanced video/audio decoder – PHILIPS SAA7134HL TV FM (PAL) Module) PCI ( Watching TV, MPEG-II/I Recording, Editing, VCD / SVCD / miniDVD Burning, EPG / Teletext Supported, FM Radio, Multi-Function Remote Controller )

but i would really like a ati 9800xt all in wonder card but i dont have the cash

but donations are accepted

but im still open to diffrent ones
