I have a 3200 64 amd running on a thermaltake hs+fan with the supplied thermal grease. I also have a rad 9800 256 which I believe produces a fair amount of heat. I got 2x80mm fans on front and another 2 on back + 1 on side of case? Is this too many? The CPU seemed to run with case open and the 4 fans and psu fan (minus side fan) at around 35.5 celcius. My question is, do so many fans make a difference? I wouldn't mind keeping them as they are neon but the system sounds like a vacum cleaner! Please advise..

Well, the case fans arent going to produce all of the noise, it is more of the CPU fan rather. 5 case fans is perfect, dont change anything there although you want is arranged so that the front fans bring air in and the back ones bring it out. Test that with a little tissue paper or something. 35c is very good, 50c is normal so 35c is exellent dont worry about that. You can even turn down the speed on your cpu fan and it will raise the temp slightly but quiet the system down some.
