System Restore Help...

ya so i have this external hard drive lying around so i want to put all my progs on there.. and restore my system

Now when i put those progs. from the external harddrive to the pc will it still have the keys or the serials still in the program or w/e or will i have to find them the codes again....

You mean the reqistry keys?

I think they get deleted...its easier to restore and keep the nessisary files then reinstall the progs :/
