Default Which system processes are necessary?

I am wondering which system processes are absolutely critical to running windows and which ones i can either remove or disable through something like startup doctor (or whatever it's called). Attached here is a pic of my processes in task manager. Thanks!

Click Start > Run > type "MSCONFIG" > click Startup tab > uncheck everything but your firewall, antivirus, graphic drivers, and anything you must have (broadband drivers, mouse drivers, whatever) > Apply > Restart.

Once your comp restarts, a grey box will pop up. Check the "Don't show this again" box and hit OK.

if i am worried, i just type in every process in google (takes awhile, but its worth it) and it leads me to websites which will tell you if the process is unsafe or safe.
