ok man i think your sensor is not reading right touch the heatsink if it was really running at 57 c it would be very hot almost unbareable to touch then touch the cpu heatsink for reference.
my computer is quieter now, because its placed on a carpet. I dont know about the temps of the PC, but somebody at work told me that 45 degrees is nothing for your motherboard, and 75 degrees is the maximum it can go up to?
for a mobo thats pretty high. cpu's have a max temp of around that depending on the chip. go into bios and check it. my system temp stays around 28-30C. if bios is reading at 57 then ur temp sensor is out of whack.
