I have 2 desktop pcs, a notebook and a couple of pdas. There are some files that need to be uniform across all of them, especially addressbook files and bookmark files. For the desktops and notebook I also need to be able to share freeware and pictures.

Can someone suggest a way to keep all of these in synch without making me crazy? I am using xp on the desktops and will soon have Linux (DSL) on the notebook - it is only a P2. The pda's are: win ce 2003, ce 3.0 and 2.11

I will appreciate any insights.

I use a D-Link DNS-323 to store all of my files on a 500 Gig RAID1 array that attaches directly to my router. Or, you could use an additional drive, or a partition on a drive in a PC to accomplish the same thing.. just keep all the files on that drive, and have everyone read from it.
