I am looking for some help into building a DVR system for security cameras. I install security products for a living and have a background into home theatre. I have one problem though, most of the integrated computer systems I have used have a grainy picture quality when a picture is made full screen using 640 x480 resolution. This system displays and connects 16 cameras and records 16 cameras. if you are not familiar with DVR cards this site

What I want is to build a system from scratch using this card above or similar and beable to either line double or display a camera's picture without any degrated picture quality. As an example, previous analog systems looked muched better on a regular monior full screen. Any help? thanks again I'm not that intuitive with computers by the way
