Hey everyone, not sure where to post this, but i'll give you the breakdown of my issue. Hope someone can help.
We have a Remote location with a Capture card and 5 cameras. Everything works great on location. And, we can remote view from about 4 miles away at our other location. Problem is that the picture goes out after about 2-3 minutes, or becomes very distorted. Every time I reconnect, it seems to work fine for another 2-3 minutes.
Question is, could it be the hardware? Or just the connection speeds. We use Verizon and have 2 MBps download and .5 MBps up at both locations. Is it just not enough bandwidth?
