suggestions on an xbox-pc project

hello, im about to build an xbox-pc (just for halo, web browsing, simple games,word, and of course, to fix it) and i was suggesting almost this same setup to somebody for a ps2 build, and the choices seem pretty good for an xbox pc. im not exactly set on a mobo yet, because the xbox case can fit a matx mobo. mounting for the hdd/dvd is no prob, ps is small so i got some extra room.

Mini ITX 1.3ghz MOBO - 183
ram
power supply - 115the first one, and the 6th one
DVD BURNER - 63
slim dvd to ide adapter - 30
60gb 2.5in sata150 hdd - 67
and this cable - 3
video card-96

all that sound good(except for mobo)?

a64 3000+
cooler
and because the mobo uses a 24pin ps, with p4, im gonna need a different ps..i got this much free space: l/r 2 1/4in , u/d 3in, b to f 8in...ill get a pic:

EDIT: screw the 6200....this is much better
