Please I need help!!
I know this question has been asked before but i still cant figure it out.
Which of the following is important to consider for a technician when adding memory modules to a computers system board?

A) Access speed
B)CPU type
C) Level 1 cache
D) Parity

Def not 3 or 4. I have no Idea what they mean by access speed. Do they mean FSB? i would guess 2 because I don't know what they mean by access speed.

B and D ;)

DDR400 will not work with/on a 166MHz external frequency/system frequency for example. Parity (error-checking) RAM will only work on a compatible mobo.

I think by 'access times' they are reffering to latency.

EDIT: Meant to say using slower memory freq than the system frequency; eg DDR200 on a 200Mhz system fequency will not work, higher speeds of RAM will just be downclocked to match :tired:.

Hmm I though Parity was referring to hard drives? Its a little bit mushy since its been half a year since I took my computer technology class.
