this happened the day i got my computer...
wen i start the computer from powered off state it turns on just fine, wen i shut down the computer it shuts off fine and will turn back on fine...but wen i restart from windows...the pc says its shutting down then goes to black, then makes noise like the computer quickly turns off then wen the computer starts whirring like how it would normally start up but the monitor doesnt turn on, keyboard and mouse dont come on either...(the led lights on the mouse and keyboard wont come on) and i dont think the computer even properly shuts down...
i messed wit it on bios a little trying to guess which option would stop this problem but cant seem to find it....
oh and sometimes 1/10 times the pc will restart it self...
please help me if u kno anything about this problem

wit 2.6c p4
400watt power supply.
