Default strange beep

hi
when i open my pc,it makes a continuos beep for few seconds,
then starts,then while operating the beep starts again but not continuosly,like bep...bep..bep...,i thought it was the ram so i changed it,but still..
please help guys..

Do you have a video Card? If so, reseat it. Blow out any just in the case. Pull out any other cards on the PCI bus. Then unplug everything but the mobo. Process of elimination. The question is what part is causing this error.

Have a look at this site, and it should help you to determine what the cause is:

Also, you might want to check your motherboard manual for more info.

Bingo. Elbatrop1 is on the right track, nicromonicon. You need to have a look at your motherboard's particular beep-codes to see what it's trying to tell you. They don't beep just to beep.

i didnt do anything, but beeping stopped on its own!
any way thnx guys for replying in such short time.
