Start up Problem

Ok so I finnaly get my computer working and I installed XP onto it. It was working fine and then i turned it off. Now that im restarting it i get this message.

Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert Boot Device Media in Selected Boot Device.

Im just dumb...

Just had to change it to load from the perfdisk not the cd drive. DUH!
