Default stable?

would running 3DMark05 be somewhat of an indicator if my system is stable or not? i just overclocked to 2.5GHz and now im checkin stability. i am running Prime95 after i get done with 3dmark05 and im just wondering...

I don't see why you don't run prime95 first to ensure stability and then benchmark your system...
