hey whats up... i have these harmon kardon speakers... and i barly turn up the volume and sound get all scratchy and sounds horrible.... the speaskers somewhat new and i kno their not blown... coudl it sumthin to do with my computer or does anyone kno what MIGHT be wrong with them

try speakers on another computer if they work its your Sound card or your onboard sound. if so get another sound card and you should be set.
