So I have recently gotten a raspberry pi that I am using to run retropie and emulate older games, and I have it hooked up to a monitor that I am also using for my desktop, and I was trying to figure out what the best setup would be for sound, and I have 3 goals I would like to achieve. The first is that I can hear sound from both sources at the same time without any lag, the second is that I have the ability to turn on and off the sound coming from the raspberry pi, and 3rd I would like to not need to repetitively plug and unplug cables to achieve this. Any suggestions? Thanks.
