Hmmmm well since its 2 vrs 4 then I'm guessing 4 will be better since it is a newer model which will most likely be a better upgrade with more features and costs alot more.

Take a look at the turtle beach sounds cards, cheaper and sound better than the audigy's IMO. I have never heard an audigy 4 btw.
