Which sound card...

Alright I'm trying to save a little money on the new comp I am building as was wondering which one of these sound cards I should go for. If I go for the first one I can get all the parts now and start building... if I go for the second one I need to get a little bit more money. Also what is the difference between thse in sound quality and performace? The reason I liked the second one in the first place is because everything is up front, but I guess that isn't too important.

no difference, just one has an external box and remote

Yeah exactly, no difference excpet for the front panel control....... If it was only $20 bucks more then sure, but $70!!!!! Eek, no thanks
