Default Someone Give Me Some Name For CPU Temperature Program For Intel

I need to find a program that can keep and eye on my CPU temperature so far I hace only found AMD ones.

Also what would be a safe speed 2 clock a P4 wifout any cooling upgrades. Also wat wood a safe speed be 2 clock a AMD XP 2000 wif no cooling fan upgrade.

usually you would go into the bios and change the Front Side Bus (fsb) to something higher, go up 2mhz, then reboot, game for 10 minutes, up an other 2mhz. Keep going until it wont boot anymore. Then if your temps are fine, you can raise the vcore and vdimm. BECAREFUL WITH THIS, IT CAN AND WILL KILL YOUR CPU AND OTHER PARTS. so becareful with those temps.
