Some questions

I have two questions:

1) I notice dust is getting into some of my hardware components. obviously i cant use a vacuum on the hardware. Is there anywy "safe" way to clean the dust? and is there a way to prevent more dust from entering the computer?

2) My BIOS is locked, is there any way I can set my fan speeds?

use one of those co2 spray cans to clean it. Rubbing alcohol works too. The way i keep dust out, is i have my airflow made so that all the heat is blown out the top with my exhaust fans, i dont even have any input fans. No input fans so that the air is not sucked in as hard as with a fan. Fresh air is still sucked through the case from the fans atop. You can also buy mesh covers that go behind the cans to catch dust
