socket A mobo suggestions pleaseeeeee

i currently have a PCchips mobo...and its a SIS board so it shuts down right after posting no matter what i clock the CPU @...so since my RMA is no longer available i need suggestions on wut to buy...HERE are 2 boards i was thinkin of getting..i just want a stable board that can run with the setup i currently have. PS..if u know of a better board please suggest it...under 60 bucks im on an insane budget..i dont want miracles or nething...just stability.
