Socket 939 and AMD FX's

Does anyone have any idea when socket 939 is coming out, and when the FX line of AMD will be able to use non-ECC memory? I wan't to build a new computer but maybe I should wait for them to come out.

the FX is socket 954, it's out now

that would be socket 940, which is scheduled to be obsolete and replaced by socket 939, which will lead to the release of even the AMD 64 4000+
