Default socket 754 vs 939

What is better to get?

Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra 939 nForce 3
with +3200 64bit Anthlon processor

Asus K8N-E Deluxe nForce 3 Socket 754
with Anthlon +3400 64bit

Both end up around the same price.. so which is better?

Probably better to go with 939 as AMD are going to discontinue 754 socket models in future.

I would go with the Asus and 3400+ since it has a 400mhz speed advantage.

The 3200+ and gigabyte would be good if it's a whinchester
