Unhappy Socket 7 Converter?

Is there a such thing where I can take my socket 7 motherboard and convert it into a socket 478, etc? if so where can i get this?

A converter with this description does not exist. There are a lot of differences between Socket 7 and Socket 478 boards besides the pin-out of the CPU socket itself. The chipset, bus size/speed, etc. also play a HUGE part.
The socket 7 board technology haults at around 1GHz, while Socket 478 technology is for P4 CPUs (and beyond).
