Small Form Factor Barebones Help! Recommendations!?

Im purchasing a SFF barebones systemin a few weeks time, but there are so many to choose from stuck - and was hoping some of you guys could help me out.

Specs wise these are what i NEED :

Socket 478 support for P4 prescott (FSB 800)
2x DIMM Sockets (PC3200 - DDR400)
Support for SATA
1xPCI
1xAGP
1 3.5 and 1 5.25 bays
Integrated Card Reader
3 or more USB ports

Also, i would like a system that looks super sexy but most IMPORTANTLY a system which is as QUIET as possible. Also, if any one could recommend a system with a way of quieting it down, that would be great too.
