Default Signs of GPU Damage?

hm is this signs of GPU damage of sorts? i am getting wierd lines at times, not sure if its me or the game but my gpu hasnt been working to my like since i first got it. some screen shots. notice the lines coming out of the bottles? thankfully it seems to happen only in this room

1- Try different games.

2- Try reinstalling drivers.

3- If you overclocked, lower it (If not too late).

4- Check your temperatures.

does it do that for any other game.. or is this the only one

have you checked the fallout forums to see if anyone else is having this problem

+ i would try diferent drivers before reinstaling yours.
