Judging by these specs do you think it would be possible for me to put a 3400+ 64 cpu into this system along with an Nvidia 6800, i was thinking that the power suply maybe not be adequate.
 
Even though the power supply in the shuttle is small, around 250, it's pretty good power. Since there is almost no way you can put a lot of stuff in it, whatever they support on the motherboard, should be able to run.
