Remember eBay is an auction site, not a store, so unless its Buy It Now, prices will go up. Most of the time they will sell at retail price.

If you really wanted to check out the card before you bought it, I'm sure you could find one in your area and check it oiut before you bid.

no 99% is expecting too much. if it is a ebay power, platinum, etc seller than anything above 95% is acceptable. if they have a feedback of 20+ with 100% positve than it is generally safe. read the negetive feedback and judge for yourself whether it was their fault or someone elses's. there are a lot of stupid people out there who buy stuff and leave negetive feedback for dumb or fruadulent reasons. don't lose out on good deals because of this.

yea, you got to see what they sell. if they sell a whole bunch of porn or toys and then out of no where a 6800gt for $100? thats probaly a scammer. but if you get scammed i think you get your money back or something if you complain to paypal. thats what happened to my cousin. he never recieved his item, complained to paypal and got his money back
