I did already say they were on PCI-E

And my card is a 6800 GT, not 6600...

My comp only has a 6600 (non gt) and it gets a 4830 and ive only got 512 mb ram PCIx though maybe that score isnt so bad

PCI-E and PCI-X are two completely different things.

I don't remotely believe that a plain 6600 would score 4800 in 3dmark05, that's just not possible with that card especially in combination with only 512mb of RAM.

There is no average unless for a specific card. With your card being an SE I wouldn't expect real high scores but I couldn't give you an estimate.

3dmark05 is insanely intensive, it isn't like the previous ones where you would see like 60K in aquamark and 20K in 3dmark03.

The 05 is pretty good deal ahead of it's time really, ridiculously stressing your components.
