severe problems please help

i have a themaltake 420 watt dual fan psu on a ga 7vm400m and a 2200+ using onboard graphics and i am experiencing severe problems. My computer refuses to turn on most of the time without a pattern i can see.

well i dont its your ps seeing as it is a lot more wattage than you need. Are you sure everything is connected up and plugged in okay? When you say it doesnt turn on, what exactly do you mean? Do you push the power button and it just sits there? If so how often after that does it work again??

It could be that the power button is not connected properly to your motherboard.

whats a naff switch, and yes everything is connected propoly. when i press the button it just sits there, nothing no fans nothing at all. i cant see any pattern with time, most of the time it DOESNT work rather than work

I just think ur mobo's blown. A naff switch is a switch which is duff. LOL. (broken)
