Default Setting RAM timings?

I have 1GB of PC3200 HyperX RAM rated at 2-3-2-6 timings. However, I did a test and find out that my RAM is only running at 2.5-3-3-3 timings. I would like to get it to run a 2-3-2-6. I have an Asus K8V Deluxe mobo, and here are the options I have in BIOS regarding my timings. Tell me what I should set them to in order to achieve 2-3-2-6.

Memclock Mode
Bank Interleaving
CAS Latency
TRC
TRFC
TRCD
TWR
TRWT
TRAS
TRP
DDR Clock Delay

Right now they are all set to "Auto" which is giving me 2.5-3-3-3. Thanks alot for your help.

CAS Latency: 2.0 · tRCD: 3 · tRP: 2 · tRAS: 6

Command Rate (DDR Clock Delay): 1t

Thanks alot AG3, I now have it set to 2-3-2-6, and have gained about 400 MB/sec bandwidth compared to what I previously had. Do you think I could push this to 2-2-2-6?

There should be no problem provided that the module is clocked at 200 Mhz.

Run Memtest86+.
