Default Serious Windows Error - sysdata.xml

My computer randomly shuts down or freezes up, and when it reboots it says "windows has encountered a serious error" blah blah blah and gives me the codes....

BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : BAC0E000 BCP2 : 00000001 BCP3 : BF898B70
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

and the file location of...

C:\DOCUME~1\BRANDE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2.tmp.dir00\ sysdata.xml

I read somewhere in Microsoft's website that an ATI Graphics card had something to do with the file sysdata.xml/windows freezing or rebooting. But this was a 64MB Card, and mine is a newer Radeon 9600 Pro. But it still could be the same issue. Does anyone have any clue?
