My computer randomly shuts down or freezes up, and when it reboots it says "windows has encountered a serious error" blah blah blah and gives me the codes....

I read somewhere in Microsoft's website that an ATI Graphics card had something to do with the file sysdata.xml/windows freezing or rebooting. But this was a 64MB Card, and mine is a newer Radeon 9600 Pro. But it still could be the same issue. Does anyone have any clue?
