Default Seagate files

Seagate has drivers similar to maxtor's powermax or maxblast, right? Some where on their site. My drive came OEM so nothing but the drive, so I'll have to find them some where else.

whats the problem?
http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/utils.html
just put in a fake email and download.

if your adding another storage drive,you can set it up in windows without the software.

Yeah, but it is always better to use their software to partition and format the drive.

Seagate has Seatools, which is software designed to detect problems with the drive

I assume its a bootable floppy that run tests in dos mode?
