SD Card Crash issue

Have a notebook here, with win XP. Every time I insert my SD card into the slot, I get a blue screen and it does a memory dump and freezes. I'm stumped, any suggestions?

Use someone else's computer...and if it crashes, then at least you know it's the SD card.

Ya, tried that, it didn't crash. Even used another one. I think it's a hardware issue on the board, thankfully it's under warranty
