SCSI Hard drive problem please help

I posted this problem at another board. When all was said and done I still didn't get my problem worked out. I donÂ’t want to bump the post and annoy people over their so I was hoping maybe someone over here might have some insight.

I suspect it might be a hardware issue, have you tried any other SCSI drives?

Unfortunately I donÂ’t have any other devices or scsi cards.
