Default Screen tearing> Ripple effect??

Game Name = atlantica online.

This only happens when im moving in game and when its in fullscreen, window mode works fine for some reason. imagine a rock being skipped acrross water and the clear looking ripples it makes, that is what appears on my screen at random times when im moving. Any idea how to fix this? my specs are Amd phenom x4 965, 4gb, windows 7 64bit, ati 5850.

You should turn on VSync (or video sync) in the video settings, if there is such an option.
